Where did you get the icon? It looks credibly like an abandoned 1978-pre-summer 1980 rejacketing of Doctor Who and the Planet of the Daleks.

I spotted it in a thread in "Classic Television Series" section of OG in April - a forum search for "Knipe cover" will get you to the relevant thread. It's a modern pastiche from the original artwork, apparently.
