The bloody roof is leaking again, a steady drip-drip-drip in four different places which threatens to overwhelm the four plastic four litre litter bins positioned underneath. This is an ongoing structural flaw with the building which, after three years, now has to be sorted out ASAP - so call-outs, paper trails, reports to the RM, none of the stuff I went into bookselling to do.
