*I've had a haircut
*I've had my best suit dry-cleaned
*I've bought a light yellow Oxford shirt from M&S
*"Sad events" (which is how the Operations Manager referred to the Bombshell in an e-mail to his stores on Tuesday).
As it stands, the sad events are only known about unofficially at other stores across the chain : the official notice will be online on the intranet for all to see on Friday morning. So I'm not quite sure what to talk about when I'm making polite conversation onboard the ship tomorrow evening - the current state of play of RTD's "Doctor Who", perhaps. (Which reminds me I owe somebody a review : I'll be rewatching the item in question over the weekend.)
