1) Catch 7.30 train to M*********.
2) Collect keys at 10 a.m.
3) Meet my new manager for lunch at 12 pm
4) Get train back at 3 pm
5) Leaving do at 7.30 pm.

The habit I found it hardest to get rid of was getting up to stash my wallet in my locker - a locker which I'd given back the key for...
