I didn't spot that, but.... Dickens had an aversion to trains after 1865 - details here (http://humwww.ucsc.edu/dickens/OMF/ackroyd.html). Given Simon Callow & Mark Gatiss's knowledge and interest in things Dickensian, this could well be deliberate.
