Really good news

I've found somewhere to live that's a stone throw away from my old flat. It's a new conversion, so everything is lovely and shiny - it even has an open plan kitchen. Best of all, we knocked £20 off of the monthly rental price by making a firm but slightly lower offer.

I think it's always a good sign when the estate agent showing you the property reads Harry Potter, Manda Scott's Boudicca series, and Mark Haddon - and buys them from Ottakar's.
