Cathartically violent revenge thriller which teams up two mismatched fathers, one black, one white, in Richmond, Virginia, hunting down the killers (and the shadowy figure who arranged the murder) of their sons, a gay couple that neither father came to terms with when they were alive.  Cosby's facility to define character through dialogue reminded me of Elmore Leonard, and the milieu - be it a biker gang clubhouse, a trailer park, a head shop or a barbershop, is always vivid. A winner all the way.
